Set of 10 Georgian Style Mahogany Dining Chairs. The backs are intertwined, shaped and centered with deep shell carving. This is repeated on the apron of a shaped seat. The front legs are cariole ending with a claw and ball foot.

France Late 19th Century A Brilliant Pair of Tapestry Covered Fauteuil’s. Nicely padded rectangular back. Carved arm supports. Cabriole legs ending in a scroll foot. The carvings are highlighted by gold coloring. An x-stretcher supports the four legs. Superb tapestry with one chair having the Male and the other a female. The chairs are walnut but stained to a now worn black. A stylish look. Price $4,000 Condition* Very nice condition and very sturdy. Tapestry in very good condition. These are comfortable chairs.
Very nice pair of vintage pair of French Regency style wing chairs from the 1930′s and custom made by Mastercraft Co. for Homer Bros. furniture stores (one of the largest of its time in Chicago). Very Chic chairs.

A fine set of hand made Georgian style walnut dining chairs with a burl walnut splat. There are shells carved into the crest of each chair and shell carvings to the from cabriole legs. These end with a nice claw and ball foot. The arms have a shepherds crook arm. Excellent quality and condition.

A marvelous 18th century Italian writing table with the three chairs from Florence, Italy. This desk is an example of country Italian furniture. Simple but elegant. Strong but utilitarian. Modest but well-made. The desk has a shaped top and a drawer to the apron and splay legs. The chairs were made for this desk. Rustic with a slight carving to the splat. Fantastico!!! Circa 1770-1790.

A very nice pair of walnut armchairs with leather seat from the early 19th Century. These chairs are from France and in the style of Louis XVI. The crest of the backs are presented with an elaborate bow carving and flanked by die join. A unique splat to the back gives ample support in an understated way. The arms are fluted on the supports and leads you to the square tapered fluted legs. These chairs have a rich worn patina and the seat have been re-upholsted. Circa 1830-1840.
